Two digital businesses have announced a partnership to help real estate agents through a difficult period of time.

The partnership between Openn Negotiation and Think Conveyancing is designed to provide agents and clients with a safe way to transact in property while the COVID-19 pandemic continues.

Openn Negotiation chief executive officer Peter Gibbons noted his company prides itself on reliability, which made them partner with a digital conveyancer agents could trust.

“The partnership is a no-brainer, as we bring together two digital businesses which are trusted by those who use them. In these current uncertain times, reliability is paramount.”

Think Conveyancing’s head of corporate partnerships, Paul Findlay, said the relationship between the two businesses gives agents the opportunity to get on with their business of listing and selling from anywhere.

“We formed the partnership to give agents an easy and reliable way to sell their properties digitally, during this current climate of social distancing,” Mr Findlay said.

Managed by real estate agents, Openn Negotiation campaigns are run completely digitally where buyers bid remotely using the app or via a desktop login, providing users with a safe way to transact property during an uncertain climate.

Think Conveyancing has a dedicated free app for real estate agents which allows agents to digitally order conveyancing and receive milestone updates of exactly where things are for their clients in the process right up to settlement.
