A Harcourts principal has launched her fourth office with the brand in Brisbane’s north.

Jacqui Bartholomeusz, who runs Harcourts’ operations in Clayfield, Ascot and Nundah, opened the doors to her newest venture this week, located in Banyo.

According to Ms Bartholomeusz, it’s a great time to expand into the Moreton Bay-adjacent area.

“There’s been a lot of movement in the suburb recently,” said Ms Bartholomeusz, who noted the nearby schools and small community feel were proving attractive to young families.

According to the principal, deepening the office’s involvement with the neighbourhood and its locals is the first order of business,

“We look forward to becoming an integral part of the Banyo community, supporting locals in their real estate journey and helping them make smart property choices in the easiest and most compassionate way possible,” she said.

Ms Bartholomeusz added that across her businesses she emphasises the importance of having a positive and impactful local presence. “We are looking forward to creating that here in Banyo with the Harcourts name, family and values,” she said.

And she credited the brand for creating an environment that allows her to focus on those priorities.

“The atmosphere created and the support provided by Harcourts is just unbeatable, with a wide network of like-minded business owners who truly want what is best for their local communities,” she commented.

Mitch Peereboom, Harcourts Queensland CEO, described the Banyo office as the “natural next step” in Ms Bartholomeusz’ operation.

"Jacqui and her team have built a formidable footprint with offices in Ascot, Clayfield and Nundah, and the addition of their fourth office in Banyo will ensure they can deliver the best service to the community,” Mr Peereboom said.

“We thank Jacqui for her continued partnership with Harcourts. Her leadership of this group of offices will further strengthen our presence in the inner north of Brisbane for many years to come."
