On the heels of its recent rebrand, Agents’Agency has announced a key appointment to propel the brand into its next phase of expansion.

Cristian Orrego joins the network as head of growth – a role the company sees as key in helping it meet the target of reaching 550 network members by the end of 2022.

Mr Orrego first became familiar with Agents’Agency through their association with Lee Woodward’s Real Estate Academy. Roughly 18 years later, the association remains strong, and the brand has followed his work – and noted their shared values – through Mr Orrego’s further ventures, such as his role within the tech platform Realtair.

Agents’Agency chief executive Manos Findikakis said that given their long history and mutual ethos, offering the role to Mr Orrego felt like “a natural fit, like hand and glove”.

“Cristian’s support and guidance right across our real estate career has been completely invaluable, and we feel extraordinarily privileged to have such a well-known and respected individual within the industry join us in this role,” Mr Findikakis said.

He commented that under Mr Orrego’s direction, he was confident that the brand would be able to stay aligned with its ideals even as it approached a period of rapid expansion.

“Our goal is to continue our growth, working with Cristian to find culturally aligned agents and agencies who we can best support, taking their career and business to the next level,” he said.

Mr Orrego commented that he was pleased to be lending his experience to an outfit that “showcases premium leadership, extensive training and mentorship, and incredible end-to-end support across the country”.

And he added that he’s looking forward to supporting the brand’s existing team, both in their professional as well as personal endeavours.

“With the emphasis on helping members get to where they want to go, regardless of if it’s a lifestyle or work focus, I’m excited to leverage my experience within the training and mentorship sphere across the Agents’Agency network, and beyond,” Mr Orrego said.

He joins the firm at a moment of considerable change. After announcing a rebrand to the Agents’Agency in May after operating as the Eview Group for more than 15 years, the company has also been making strides in upgrading its tech offerings, announcing a partnership with Propps barely a month ago.
