Over 80 independent agencies will soon be able to harness Propps’ offer management system as Agents’Agency joins forces with the proptech.

The deal sees office principals in the Agents’Agency’s independently branded network of more than 400 members and staff equipped with Propps’ Make an Offer system.

The platform, which integrates into agents’ CRM, greatly simplifies the process of managing offers on a property up for sale.

Manos Findikakis, chief executive of Agents’Agency, said the partnership would enhance the unique point of difference that its self-branded, boutique agencies offer.

“A key fundamental to our Agents’Agency offering is to ensure our teams are equipped with the best tech stack available in the marketplace. Propps is at the forefront of the online offer system, its simplicity of use and seamless integration made it an easy choice for our team to embrace,” he said.

According to Mr Findikakis, the partnership is part of an ongoing approach to strategically adding proptech solutions that deliver time-saving and tangible results to their agents.

Propps, he said, had proven to fit the bill.

“This is what Propps does. It boosts our website traffic, provides a better experience for our buyer customers and generates value for our vendors,” Mr Findikakis said.

Propps CEO and founder Daniel Bignold said he was pleased to welcome Agents’Agency to the Propps fold.

“Some of Australia’s best independent agents and real estate businesses operate under the Agents’Agency brand and we’re excited to add value and provide greater efficiencies to its growing network,” Mr Bignold commented.

“Agents’Agency partner offices are renowned for their local market knowledge and superior service and the Propps platform enhances that service offering to customers, while also giving agents more time to do what they do best – build and maintain relationships.”

The group reports that since launching in 2020, over $7 billion in offers have been made using the Propps platform.

This deal represents the latest step in a year of change for the real estate network, which rebranded under the name Agents’Agency, from Eview group, earlier this month

Not only a name change, the overhaul saw the group launch a redesigned website and new branding collateral as well. It also reports having doubled its agent team within the last 18 months alone.

Agents’Agency’s ambitions for 2022 include growing its members and staff to over 500 by the year’s end and hitting the milestone of helping them transact more than $3 billion worth of property for the 2021-22 financial year.
