Century 21 Living Local has expanded its reach across Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, thanks to the acquisition of a Nambour agency.
Principal Gary De Paoli has taken on the Nambour-based Day & Grimes as his second outpost, with Century 21 describing how the expansion solidifies the business’ presence across Woombye, Palmwoods, Nambour and the Montville mountain range regions.
Mr De Paoli, who joined Century 21 back in 2019, said the Nambour region is particularly significant to him, having been where he first kicked off his career in real estate all the way back in 2004.
Now, boasting almost two decades of experience in the industry, he is enthusiastic about his return to the area and “tremendously excited to be opening my second office”.
“With the support of my dedicated Century 21 Living Local team, we look forward to delivering the professional, personalised service we are known for, but with greater exposure and reach in the market.”
Credited for his warm and down-to-earth personality, Mr De Paoli is a supporter of local businesses and sporting groups and will be supported in the newest venture by Ian Black, who has owned Day & Grimes since 1996 and has indicated his continuation in the business under Century 21.
Weighing in on the latest office opening, Century 21 Australiasia CEO James Bell has said: “I would like to congratulate Gary De Paoli and the team at Century 21 Living Local on the expansion of their business and am confident the business will thrive in their new Nambour location.”
It’s been a busy period for the Century 21 brand, which has recently announced the opening of an Auckland office across the ditch as well as new offices in Sydney’s Rooty Hill and Eastwood, among others.
