The network has inducted a national director set to also take on the role of Queensland head of growth into the organisation, highlighting its insistence on prioritising future growth.

Sandy Taylor has been viewed as the right person for the role, bringing with her more than 13 years of industry experience across a host of roles, including sales agent, office manager, business development manager, and business owner.

Joining the business on 12 January, her primary focus as both a national director and Agents’Agency’s head of growth in Queensland is on building existing businesses within the Agents’Agency group and also taking a view to bringing new members on board.

A self-confessed lover of learning, Ms Taylor explained she gets a “kick out of making a difference, using systems, procedures, and strategies to improve business operations and build thriving real estate businesses.”

She admits to knowing the “importance of having someone in your corner, championing you with business support, creative thinking, and innovative strategies,” and further ratified her passion for “helping people attain their business ambitions.”

“Quite simply, it’s what gets me out of bed each morning,” she proclaimed.

Ms Taylor’s bustling real estate career began with her family’s own business before she moved into a receptionist role at First National Scone. Since then, she’s taken up roles at Ray White and more recently at Coronis, where she had her own agency and was the national growth leader and director of franchising.

After meeting Manos and Maria Findikakis from Agents’Agency, she deemed it something she wanted to be a part of and celebrated the agency’s model, which she believes possesses no downside.

Ms Taylor is the latest arrival at the national network, which in the last two years has welcomed 100 brands and 300 sales agents under its umbrella. Her appointment follows the arrival of Cristian Orrego as network head of growth last June.
