Raine & Horne has nabbed one of the state’s premiere business development managers.

Lochlan Grahame has been revealed as taking on the role of NSW growth manager for the network’s growth team.

The heavyweight’s latest move follows his CobdenHayson “homecoming” back in February, as was reported by REB.

He has also spent time with Raine & Horne Concord under the stewardship of principal Paul Pettenon.

According to a statement from Raine & Horne, his addition into the network’s corporate team is the “eighth significant appointment” made by the group so far in 2023.

Mr Grahame is expected to “play a crucial role in finding and onboarding new franchisees” and further expand the network’s operations across both NSW and the ACT.

Reflecting on his journey until now, the growth manager stated that real estate “has always” been a fascination.

“I initially aspired to be a professional golfer whilst in high school, but my career path led me to real estate, where I found my passion,” he said.

“Joining Raine & Horne gives me the opportunity to have a broader impact on the industry outside the inner west and continue my journey on a state and national level.

According to the network, Mr Grahame’s expertise in recruiting and onboarding new offices and individuals will be instrumental in driving growth for the brand.

“I want to meet and help as many people as I can on their journey to either opening up their own office or rebranding to the industry leading Raine & Horne network that has a vast amount of support, technology and products behind it,” he said.

Mr Grahame is already lauding the reputation and recognition that come with his new employer.

“This is especially the case when you make a call and state your affiliation. People are immediately familiar with the brand, and I’m often made aware of how many people personally know Angus Raine and tell me to say hello to him.”

He has also taken the time to thank his new leaders, sharing: “I’d like to express my gratitude to Mindy and Angus for extending me this opportunity and welcoming me to the team. I look forward to our journey together and helping many future principals and business owners.”

Mindy Powell-Hodges, the head of network at Raine & Horne Corporate, has expressed that the team “look[s] forward to seeing his contributions to our corporate team”.

We are thrilled to have Lochlan on board. His track record of success, combined with his deep industry knowledge, aligns perfectly with our growth strategy,” she concluded.
