“Their reputation as the most exciting and progressive company in real estate currently resonates with my aspirations. I am eagerly looking forward to starting my role as head of commercial Australia and contributing to Harcourts’ continued success.”
Donnelly said his primary focus will be enhancing the network’s profitability and establishing Harcourts Commercial as a market leader.
“My main focus will be to drive the growth of Harcourts Commercial by developing a strategic national business plan, advancing our commercial products and services, and fostering strong cross-team collaboration,” he said.
“I’ll prioritise expanding revenue, increasing market presence, and ensuring teams have the right tools and training to succeed.”
Knowles welcomed Donnelly to the team, praising his proven track record of strategic leadership and innovation.
“He has led commercial real estate offices throughout Sydney and has extensive experience in asset management,” Knowles said.
“We’re excited by the vision Tom brings to the role and confident his expertise will enable us to achieve significant growth in our commercial division,” he concluded.
