BresicWhitney has announced that a high-performing sales agent has become a shareholder in the business.
Sales agent Michael Kirk has been announced as a shareholder in BresicWhitney, reflecting not only his individual success but also his decade of growth with the network.
“Initially commencing as a member within one of the group’s top-performing teams at the time, Michael soon carved his own path as an experienced and sought-after agent,” BresicWhitney said.
The network said that Kirk threw his efforts behind developing as a leader and nurturing ambitious talent.
“This is reflected in his dedicated and high-performing team, comprising agents now well on their path to becoming future industry leaders,” it said.
Kirk’s presence extends across some of Sydney’s most dynamic and coveted markets, including Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, and Redfern.
BresicWhitney CEO Thomas McGlynn said that the appointment reflects Kirk’s leadership and dedication to excellence, as well as the group’s target to create opportunities and careers.
“Michael has shown what it means to commit to this great industry, to always strive for excellence, and to lift others up with you,” McGlynn said.
“Not only does he continue to serve as one of BresicWhitney’s highest-performing agents, but as an experienced and endearing leader across our wider sales team.
“Supporting the growth of our people is one of our greatest privileges. Michael’s journey demonstrates what’s possible when talent and opportunity meet – and the vision and ambition that continue to guide our business.”
Kirk said he is extremely proud of his journey with BresicWhitney and that he is ready to take on his next position.
“This next step for me is about continuing to drive that forward, supporting the next generation of talent at BresicWhitney, and strengthening our culture of excellence and teamwork, so that we can continue to achieve great things, together,” he concluded.
