BresicWhitney has added experienced agent Clay Brodie and associate Daniel Hamilton to its team as the network expands in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, following its acquisition of The Woollahra Group.

Eastern suburbs agent Clay Brodie has joined BresicWhitney, bringing 15 years of industry experience to the role to support the network’s goals for continued expansion in Sydney’s exclusive eastern suburbs.

Brodie’s colleague, sales associate Daniel Hamilton, has also joined the network following the strategic acquisition of The Woollahra group.

Brodie, a long-time resident of the Eastern Beaches, brings a deep focus and knowledge of areas including Bondi, Coogee and Bronte, as well as eastern suburbs Randwick, Paddington and Woollahra.

BresicWhitney said Brodie’s background in professional sport instilled in him discipline, drive and a team mindset, qualities which are also aligned with the network’s values.

Brodie said he remains excited to join BresicWhitney and to represent the network in existing and emerging markets, including the Eastern Beaches.

“The brand, the culture and the vision are all very strong and will deliver genuine value for my clients, and those looking to move into these lifestyle areas,” he said.

“Being part of a team that genuinely cares about the experience of sellers, buyers and our role in local communities is of great importance to me,” he added.

“There is so much momentum ahead and I’m grateful to be on this journey.”

BresicWhitney CEO, Thomas McGlynn, said Brodie’s commitment to his local communities perfectly complements his real estate expertise, stating that he’s both a genuine and ambitious individual.

“The Eastern Beaches are among Australia’s most competitive markets. They’re also central to our vision of leading across all suburbs in a 10-kilometre radius of the Sydney CBD,” it said.

“Clay’s reputation, track record and the inherent suitability of our brand to these markets, is a powerful combination,” McGlynn concluded.
