The partnership will combine Aussie's broker network and One Agency's connections with potential buyers.

Operating across 122 offices with 750 members, One Agency’s real estate agents will now be provided support from Aussie as part of its ‘Find. Buy. Own.’ proposition.

These agents will be able to access VPA-free listings on Aussie’s Property Search, covering off-market, pre-market and on-market properties, including auctions and connect with more than 5 million Aussie customers.

Borrowers will be supported from pre-approval to settlement through this latest partnership. They will also have access to ‘buy now, sell later’ options.

Executives from both companies praised the partnership for improving efficiency, expanding buyer reach, and boosting competitiveness in a challenging market.

Rhett Dallwitz, general manager, agent services at Aussie said brokers can benefit by developing strong relationships with local agents and getting closer to the decisions.

"It means more quality leads, deeper community connections, and ultimately, more Australians finding the right loan with the right support," he said.

"We know that timing can make or break a property deal. This partnership makes it faster and easier for buyers to get the support they need from an Aussie broker - whether that’s a quick pre-approval or the ability to buy now, sell later through Aussie Bridge - right when they need it most.”

The Aussie-One Agency partnership is part of the Aussie for Agents platform, announced earlier in the year.

The two-way platform refers and connects Aussie customers who need to sell their property with local agents who match their needs.

It is also a destination for agents to win and launch more high-value property listings.

This latest reveal paves the way for the upcoming Seller Assist service. This will allow Aussie’s network of 1,300 brokers and 220 stores to offer a free comparison service connecting the customer with agents to match their needs.

These leads are then distributed to the selected agents via the Aussie for Agents platform, allowing for direct agent-customer interactions for property appraisals.

Aussie continues to push for a holistic property experience, leveraging itself as a one-stop destination for purchasing property.

The Find. Buy. Own. campaign was announced back in March at its Thrive 25 Conference.

Since then, various launches have followed, such as the recent no-fee listings service, which offers real estate agents the ability to list at no cost via its new Aussie for Agents platform.

The zero-cost listing model, which covers off-market, pre-market, and on-market properties, including auctions, is being billed as a “full-service property ecosystem” aimed at streamlining the sales process and removing marketing cost barriers for agents.

The campaign is built on research commissioned by Aussie that found 65 per cent of Australian home owners feel “stuck and unsure” about selling and buying simultaneously.

“Find. Buy. Own. tackles this inertia head-on, positioning Aussie as the way to get there sooner and easier, with Aussie swooping in to help – a nod to our ‘we’ll save you’ brand legacy,” said Emily Lonsdale, Aussie’s general manager of growth.
