Savills has announced the appointment of its new South Australian associate director, agency, boosting the network’s commercial service offerings across the state.
Sam Alexander has been appointed as Savills’ associate director of its South Australian agency, bringing over 10 years of experience within the industry.
Savills said Alexander has played a key role in major transactions in competitive commercial markets.
These include the sale of neighbourhood shopping centres, CBD and metropolitan offices, development site retail, fast food, childcare, and medical assets.
“Throughout his career, Sam has advised and represented a diverse client base spanning high-net-worth private investors, owner-occupiers, developers, syndicators, institutional owners, and local and state governments,” the network said.
State managing director – SA at Savills Australia and New Zealand, Matt Holland, said the company is pleased to welcome Alexander to the team, highlighting his experience.
“I have no doubt his strong commercial agency background, well-established client relationships and proven track record across all scales of diverse assets will become an integral part of our commercial offerings in South Australia,” he said.
