Data-driven property investment advisory firm InvestorKit has announced multiple senior appointments in its bid for strategic growth and innovation.

InvestorKit has unveiled a new leadership team, marking a significant milestone for the property investment advisory firm.

The new appointments include James Kerr as general manager and Ankit Paliwal as the company’s first chief technology and innovation officer (CTIO).

Additionally, Sunil Joseph is joining as the company’s group project manager, and Dean Naylor will be taking on the newly created role of head of marketing.

CEO and head of research, Arjun Paliwal, said the new team members will play a critical role in InvestorKit’s evolution.

“Together, these appointments mark a significant milestone for InvestorKit as it continues to scale nationally and invest in people, platforms and performance.”

As general manager, Kerr will oversee InvestorKit’s front office, including sales, acquisitions, strategy and client operations.

“James’ leadership has already delivered transformative internal initiatives, including the launch of the HEART (Helping Everyone Achieve Real Transformation) program, a values-based awards and recognition framework, and coaching systems that have elevated team performance and culture,” the company said.

Meanwhile, Ankit Paliwal brings a strong background in systems engineering to the role of CTIO.

The firm said Ankit Paliwal already led the business’s digital evolution, after developing the InvestorKit app and directing the company’s CRM infrastructure overhaul.

“He now heads a growing team of engineers, developers and automation specialists, focused on embedding AI and product innovation across every touchpoint of the customer and internal journey.”

Joseph, former managing director of Joseph Property Advisers and service experience lead at Future Fund, joins as group project manager, bringing sharp operational expertise and industry insight.

“He will report directly to Paliwal and work closely with internal teams to deliver key business initiatives and support sustainable growth,” InvestorKit said.

Similarly, Naylor brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the role of head of marketing, following tenures at Cisco, AB InBev, Coca-Cola, Microsoft ANZ IBM, and Rugby Australia.

“Dean is tasked with building InvestorKit’s marketing function from the ground up; sharpening the brand’s voice, strengthening performance marketing, and amplifying the company’s data-led value proposition to a wider audience of investors,” the business said.

According to Arjun Paliwal, the new appointments signify a new era for InvestorKit, with each leader playing a vital role in shaping its direction.

“We’re not just growing the business, we’re building a legacy,” he said.

“This new leadership team has the depth, diversity and drive to take InvestorKit to the next level, while staying true to our core values of growth, humility, diligence, clarity and results.”

He said great leadership goes beyond just expertise, and is really all about care, clarity and commitment.

“These leaders embody those qualities and bring a shared belief in helping more Australians invest in property with confidence and data-driven clarity,” he concluded.
