Century 21 has unveiled a new leadership team for its Castle Hill office, marking a new chapter in its commitment to quality service and professionalism.

Century 21 has announced that a duo of real estate professionals, Roopesh Darvatkar and Saurabh Phanse, have taken over management of the network’s the Hills district office in Castle Hill.

Darvatkar brings over eight years of experience to the network after having operated a boutique real estate agency across the Greater Sydney region.

Century 21 said Darvatkar has built a well-known property management rent roll, earning a reputation for high service standards and personalised care for landlords and tenants.

The network said Darvatkar’s local market knowledge will form the foundation of his new leadership role.

Phanse, who has a strong background in business broking and solution-based lending, joins Darvatkar in leading the agency.

The network said he brings a strategic mindset and dedication to client success, which aligns with the team’s own values.

“Together, Roopesh and Saurabh are committed to ensuring that the sale or management of their clients’ valuable assets receives the highest level of priority and care,” the network said.

“They are driven not only by results but also by a genuine passion for service.”

Darvatkar and Phanse said they were drawn to the network brand’s strength and hope to make a difference to the quality of its service.

“Our mission is to restore the legacy of Century 21 The Hills District to its former glory, where customer service and a ‘customer first’ philosophy are at the heart of every interaction,” they said.

“With this goal in mind, we are building a team that embodies these values and is ready to shape the future of real estate in the region.”

They added that Century 21 will be the ideal platform to grow their skills and experience while staying grounded in their values.

“Century 21 offers the systems, support, and national brand recognition that allow us to elevate our service while maintaining the personalised touch of a boutique agency,” Darvatkar and Phanse said.

Century 21 Australasia CEO, Ray Ellis, said: “I look forward to seeing their enthusiasm and commitment translate into their success with Century 21. Welcome aboard!”
