Century 21 has announced the acquisition of a NSW agency in its bid to grow its brand across the Newcastle and Hunter property markets.
Century 21 Novocastrian has acquired Century 21 Aaron Walter, marking its second agency acquisition in three years.
Led by principal Casey Healey, Century 21 Novocastrian continues to serve Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter region with its original team of 36 professionals retained.
The agency also previously added industry leader Greg Oddy to its team, bringing more than 25 years of experience.
Healy said the acquisition strengthens the business, combining resources to meet rising demand amid significant changes in the Hunter’s regional economy.
“We’re seeing more people relocating here, along with growing investor activity,” she said.
“This acquisition not only expands our property management business but also brings in talented staff who are already trained in Century 21 systems – meaning they can hit the ground running.”
She said the agency has been fortunate to have consistent business, crediting her dependable team.
Additionally, Healy said the agency will continue its expansion, aiming to recruit further experienced agents and property managers later in the year.
“Our focus will be to continue to invest heavily into our staff and service offering, knowing that doing so leads to fantastic outcomes for our clients,” she said.
