Real estate agency REMAX Success Toowoomba has created a new role in its management team in a bid to develop a company-wide proptech service aimed at increasing efficiency.
With 14 years of experience in real estate, Amy Stevens joins the Toowoomba-based agency in the newly created role of knowledge and systems manager and will lead the development of a company-wide “Knowledge Hub”.
The Knowledge Hub aims to support the REMAX team across all areas of the business by providing smarter systems, a more efficient workflow and streamlined tools.
REMAX Success broker-owner Katie Knight said Stevens will develop the system to align business processes with a customer-focused approach, supporting the agency’s goal of improving efficiency.
Stevens, who began her career in real estate at 17 and led a real estate team by the age of 20, said automation in the industry is a “fascinating space” to explore and to see where the future was headed.
“Working in a leadership role in real estate, I wanted to understand how to best implement systems that could truly streamline and maximise business performance” Stevens said.
She said she would work closely with the team to strengthen their knowledge and support the delivery of REMAX’s services.
“My goal is to really dive into how we are doing things now and explore how we can improve processes to work as efficiently as possible.” Stevens said
Stevens said that while AI is a powerful tool, it is essential for agents to maintain a focus on their relationships with clients.
“It would be remiss of me not to factor AI and the role it will continue to play in our industry.
“But with the rapid changes in tech, legislation and the industry overall, it’s critical we stay focused on what matters most – maintaining excellence in customer service,” Stevens added.
