A group of experienced Belle Property principals has acquired a new office in Sydney’s northern suburbs to expand their reach, service, and tap into rising buyer demand.
Belle Property Lane Cove, Hunters Hill, Willoughby, and Lindfield have partnered to acquire Belle Property Ryde, expanding their reach and strengthening their skill set.
The three veteran co-principals Simon Harrison, James Bennett, and Ramsy Batshon, of Belle Property Lane Cove, Hunters Hill, Willoughby, and Lindfield, will co-lead the new Ryde office.
In total, the trio has accumulated nearly 60 years of industry experience, backed by strong market knowledge and a client-focused approach.
Belle Property said that the trio have also been known for their ability to set records, manage significant sales, and consistently deliver great results.
According to the network, the acquisition was done to strengthen its three offices and extend their reach across both residential and commercial markets.
“By adding Ryde to their existing portfolio, the team further establishes their expertise in the northern suburbs, providing clients with access to more residential and commercial property opportunities,” Belle Property said.
The network added that Ryde offers a balance of convenience, lifestyle and connectivity, being 20 minutes from the city and close to major employment and business hubs.
“Families are drawn to the area’s highly regarded selective and independent schools, making Ryde a sought-after location for both professionals and growing families,” it said.
According to Harrison, the new leadership will be focused on building a reputation based on integrity and leveraging the strengths of its connected offices.
“By embedding ourselves within the local community, we aim to create lasting relationships and provide seamless service for clients,” he said.
“With many clients naturally moving between the northern suburbs of Sydney, our presence in Ryde is a natural progression for our business, allowing us to support them at every stage of their property journey.”
Likewise, Bennett said the agency intends to be recognised as the top real estate business in Ryde.
“Our vision is to change the way real estate is done in the area, setting a new benchmark for professionalism, innovation, and client experience,” he said.
Batshon said the Ryde market is unique, offering strong demand, limited stock, and a mix of families, professionals, and investors.
“Attendance at open homes in Ryde and North Ryde has increased recently, driven by spring weather and low stock.
“Now is a great time to be selling, with both strong buyer interest and limited supply,” Batshon concluded.
