Savills Australia and New Zealand has appointed a new NSW associate director to boost office leasing, leveraging extensive market experience and a strategic, client-focused approach.
Savills Australia and New Zealand has appointed Jenny Co as its new associate director for its NSW business, aiming to boost its office leasing capabilities.
Co previously spent seven years at JLL, where she worked in office leasing across Sydney’s CBD, including premium office towers and creative boutique spaces.
Savills said that Co's experience included strategic leasing, delivering commercial advice and innovative marketing campaigns.
“Throughout her career, she has managed major transactions for institutional and private landlords, including Lendlease, ISPT, Dexus and Peakstone,” it said.
Savills Australia and New Zealand’s state head of NSW, office leasing, Chris Rowe, said Co would bring an understanding of client needs, both landlord and tenants, and use market knowledge to deliver results.
“Her strategic approach and strong client relationships will be invaluable as we continue to support our clients in navigating a complex office market,” Rowe said.
Co’s appointment followed Savills plc's appointment of Nick Sanderson as its new group CFO and executive director, taking over from Simon Shaw, who will become CEO in January 2026.
