PRD has opened a new office in Wollongong’s northern suburbs, as part of the network’s expansion strategy to strengthen its local presence and offer a personal property management approach.

The new PRD Woonona-Bulli office, which will operate in Wollongong’s north, will be led by director Jeremy Tillman and associate director Madison Sequiera.

This marks the second PRD office managed by the pair, having operated PRD Dapto in Wollongong’s south.

Tillman said the location of the new office would expand the brand's property management team in the area.

“We considered it to be an ideal opportunity to increase our reach and offer clients in the northern suburbs of the Illawarra a fresh new approach,” Tillman said.

He added that the network played a key role in encouraging the decision to expand.

“The shared knowledge and support from the fellow offices gave us the insight and confidence to make this expansion a success.”

PRD managing director Todd Hadley said the opening of the new office formed part of the network’s expansion strategy, with Dapto being the fifth existing office to open an additional location in 2025.

“It is no small undertaking to open a second office location,” Hadley said.

Tillman noted that as the new office makes its mark in the area, the team would be focused on building their reputation by focusing on providing a tailored, detail-oriented service to their clients.

“We differ from other real estate offices in the area as our office is a family-operated business,” Tillman concluded.
