Buyer’s agency PMC Property has opened a new office on the Sunshine Coast in a bid to enhance its service in Australia’s most sought-after lifestyle areas.
With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Senior buyer’s agent John Frame will head the new PMC office, which will service the Sunshine Coast and its surrounding areas.
Frame said that joining PMC was the next natural step in his career progression.

Frame added that the new office would enable the network to cater to the diverse interests of buyers exploring the area.

PMC co-founder James Freudigmann said the appointment of Frame would play a pivotal role in growing the brand’s team on the Sunshine Coast.
“Many clients from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne are looking for lifestyle or holiday homes here.”
Freudigmann said the gradual expansion of the team would allow the office to leverage local knowledge to guide clients through their property purchase on the Sunshine Coast.
