Real estate network Knight Frank has appointed a new executive to its Tamworth office to strengthen its commercial and industrial presence in NSW’s north-west region.
Knight Frank has named Jack Parfitt as the new sales and leasing executive for its Tamworth office, serving the Tamworth, Gunnedah, Moree, and Narrabri regions.
Parfitt brings three years of experience in commercial and industrial roles to the position, having made the move from Elders Commercial.
“My focus is on helping businesses and investors unlock opportunities through strategic property solutions,” Parfitt said.
As a former professional rugby union player, Parfitt lived in Hong Kong, London, and Sydney, which he said enables him to bring a unique perspective to his clients.
Since moving back to Australia, Parfitt shared that he has developed a strong connection to the local community, in part through his role as a rugby coach for the Quirindi Rugby Club.
“It is here that I have chosen to raise my family while building my career in commercial and industrial property, proudly servicing the north-west region of NSW,” he said.
Knight Frank Tamworth managing director Gavin Knee said the addition of Parfitt would provide a boost to the office’s commercial property services and drive the subsequent project growth.
“His wide-ranging experience gives him unique skills that will complement our existing team, and will benefit our clients and help implement a large suite of projects we have in the pipeline, totalling some $150m,” Knee said.
Parfitt's appointment follows Knight Frank's strategy to strengthen its commercial services nationwide, with the appointment of a new office leasing director in NSW, as well as the launch of four dual-brand offices across Queensland in partnership with fellow real estate network McGrath.
