Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches has appointed a new senior executive to drive its next growth phase, strengthening the agency’s capabilities amid continued expansion.
Tom Tuxworth has been appointed as Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches’ senior executive, investment sales, to assist in the agency’s next phase of growth.
Tuxworth has brought more than 17 years of experience in metropolitan investment sales and previously worked across senior positions at CBRE and Savills, managing transactions worth over $3 billion combined.
Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches principal director, James Willing, said the new appointment was part of the business’s commitment to boosting capability and client outcomes.
Since its launch in 2018, Willing said the office has grown from a one-person operation into a team of 12, which Tuxworth will support in its next growth phase.
“When we started, the goal was to build a specialist team with deep market knowledge, strong values and results that speak for themselves,” Willing said.
“Tom’s arrival strengthens an already exceptional team.”
Tuxworth said that joining Belle Property was a natural step, as the network’s collaborative culture, as well as its access to proprietary data, technology, and shared intelligence, would be an asset to his career.
“The Northern Beaches continues to attract both private and institutional capital as investors seek tightly held markets with resilient income profiles,” he said.
“It’s a culture of collaboration that turns insight into real competitive advantage for clients.”
The network said that, with seven offices already across residential, project, and commercial divisions, the Northern Beaches business aimed to double its output over the next 12 months.
The new appointment followed the network's acquisition of Axis Property, which marked a strategic expansion of Belle Property’s commercial property services across Melbourne.
