A new Harcourts agency will service Adelaide’s luxury market, led by a principal who intends to bring people to the forefront of operations with his background in human services.
Harcourts’ Adelaide luxury market has been bolstered with the opening of Harcourts Premium Group, servicing the city’s sought-after suburbs.
The new office will be led by business owner and director, Sunny Singh, who previously worked as the manager of Choice N Control, a registered NDIS provider.
Harcourts said that the agency intended to bring a 'people-first' philosophy to real estate, with Singh drawing on his background in social work and disability support services.
“As a resident of the community the office serves, he aims to combine local connectivity with high-end service standards to create a trusted environment for buyers and sellers alike,” the network said.
The team will specialise in premium sales, management, and development in the city’s desirable suburbs, including Medindie, Gilberton, Walkerville, Prospect, Vale Park, Nailsworth, Thorngate, Medindie Gardens, and Collinswood.
The launch followed nine months of planning between Singh and Harcourts South Australia CEO Heather Edwards, during which the pair found they shared similar values.
Singh said the company was focused on elevating the client experience, strengthening ethical practices, and building long-term relationships to make a difference in communities.
"We are excited to bring a renewed energy, deeper expertise, and a people-first approach to South Australia’s real estate landscape,” he said.
Edwards said that the new group represented a combination of community care and professional services.
“[Singh] and Harcourts’ shared values and alignment of high standards make for an excellent match,” she said.
“Sunny has excelled at every venture he has started, and I have no doubt he will do so in this latest adventure!”, she concluded.
