An agent with a talent for tailored property marketing has joined the Harcourts network, drawing on her experience to maximise profits for home owners and investors.

Samantha Bonnici has joined Harcourts Pinnacle in Aspley, Queensland, bringing 13 years of industry experience across sales and property management.

Harcourts said that Bonnici’s experience, combined with strong community connections, positions her to build lasting client relationships and maximise profits for home owners and investors.

The network said that, in addition to her real estate experience, Bonnici’s marketing strategies set her apart, as she creates bespoke strategies that capture the unique stories of every property.

Bonnici said she will continue to draw on her passion for highlighting a home’s unique features in her new role.

"It's about crafting a narrative that ensures it stands out and achieves the best possible result,” she said.

Harcourts managing director, Johnny Lin, said Bonnici’s talent for tailored marketing will be a valuable asset for clients, while chief operations officer David McCall said her skills aligned with the network’s goal.

According to Bonnici, Harcourts Pinnacle stood out for the strength of its brand, the support from the network, and its welcoming environment.

"I immediately felt the warm, friendly family vibe,” she said.

“Johnny's comment about getting to work with friends and family every day really sealed the deal,” she concluded.
