Pulse Property has expanded its presence across the Sutherland Shire with the acquisition of a new office to boost its sales and property management offerings across the region.

Pulse Property, in Southern Sydney, has announced its strategic expansion across the Sutherland Shire with the acquisition of Strong Property Gymea.

The move has brought three real estate professionals to the Pulse Property team: two joining the property management division and one supporting the growing sales team.

According to Pulse Property director Ben Pike, the acquisition will allow the business to deliver on its growth strategy centred around people and service quality.

He said Strong Property’s trusted relationships with landlords and tenants would enable the network to strengthen its property management department further while continuing to support its sales team.

“As our rent roll and team continue to grow, maintaining a high standard of care for both landlords and tenants remains our top priority,” he said.

“Bringing experienced professionals into our business ensures our clients continue to receive a premium, hands-on service.”

Strong Property director David Gossling said the transition was a natural next step for the business, as Pulse Property shared similar values around service, professionalism, and client care.

“I’m confident our clients will benefit from Pulse’s systems, team structure, and award-winning property management processes, while continuing to work with familiar faces they trust,” Gossling said.

“This move provides our team with strong support and future growth opportunities, and ensures our landlords and tenants are well looked after into the future,” he concluded.
