Belle Property strengthens its upper north shore presence with a new appointment to support its growth ambitions and expand its reach into the prestige markets.

Belle Property has announced the appointment of local agent Bronwen Lipscombe to its Pymble office, strengthening its presence in Sydney’s upper north shore.

The network said that Lipscombe will bring proven results, professionalism, and a client-first approach to the business.

“Bronwen joins the rapidly growing Belle Property Upper North Shore business, bringing with her deep local knowledge and a strong reputation for achieving premium outcomes across the region,” it said.

Principals Michael Doran and Daniel Dennis said that Bronwen’s appointment was a strategic move to support the agency’s growth ambitions.

According to Dennis, Lipscombe’s expertise will bolster the agency’s reach within the region’s most high-value markets.

“This is a strategic addition for our business as we continue to expand our presence across the upper north shore, particularly within the upper end of the prestige market in Ku-ring-gai.”

“Bronwen’s local credibility and proven track record will be a significant asset to both our clients and our team.”

Lipscombe said Belle Property aligned strongly with her values and long-term vision.

“The strength of the brand, the premium marketing platform and the exceptional support team were key factors in my decision.”

“I truly believe this environment will allow me to deliver even stronger results for my clients while continuing to provide a highly personalised and professional experience,” she concluded.
