Jellis Craig has announced four new appointments across its Melbourne and regional Victoria offices in a bid to build a values-based culture that delivers premium service.
Jellis Craig has announced the appointments of Cheyne Fox, Craig Harrison, Ashlee McKee, and Shawn White, bringing combined decades of experience in premium real estate across four different offices.
After spending five years as a Port Melbourne agent, Cheyne Fox will join Jellis Craig Port Phillip as sales executive, bringing a deep local community focus and a reputation for exceptional service.
Filling the role of partner at Jellis Craig Bayside, further south from the CBD, Craig Harrison will service Brighton and Sandringham with local experience and a focus on clients.
“[Harrison] will bring his deep understanding of both buyers and sellers, guiding his clients with a clear and concise approach that doesn’t rely on pressure,” the network said.
Ashlee McKee has been appointed to the positions of senior sales consultant and licensed estate agent across Jellis Craig Central Victoria, having relocated to the region with her family years ago.
Jellis Craig said McKee will bring more than 22 years of experience across sales, marketing, and real estate to the agency.
“Her characteristically calm, attentive and professional approach has made her a popular and well-respected figure within the local community,” it said.
Similarly, Shawn White has joined the Richmond team as a senior sales consultant and licensed estate agent, bringing more than 12 years of experience, most recently as a Victorian sales manager.
According to the network, White’s appointment will bolster capabilities across the apartment market and solidify the company’s commitment to delivering results for its clients.
Jellis Craig said the new appointments followed a period of sustained growth for the company, after records were broken for the number of sales, the number of properties sold on individual auction days, and total sales volume in October 2025.
Chief executive officer (CEO) Andrew McCann said the talents of Fox, Harrison, McKee, and White will be assets to the brand, given their knowledge and experience.
He also said they would help the network create an optimal environment for property professionals, based on a values-centred culture that delivered premium service to clients.
“We’re always looking to further strengthen our team across key markets – this approach is one of the factors that saw so many company records broken in 2025, and certainly something we’ll be continuing to focus on in 2026,” he concluded.
