Three Gold Coast offices have merged to deliver a more connected approach to client service, leveraging their combined resources and local expertise to boost their offerings.

Stone Real Estate has announced the opening of its Gold Coast office, bringing Stone Burleigh Heads/Palm Beach, Stone Southport, and Stone Carrara under one banner.

The network said directors Scott Kelly, Aydan Mullin, and Scott Campbell have more than 100 years of combined local real estate experience, backed by deep community ties and a commitment to a client-focused property experience.

Kelly, managing director of Stone Gold Coast, said while mergers were usually complex and required strong value alignment, the trio had known each other for years and shared a growth mindset and ambition to build a high-performance environment.

“We’re also proud to share these values with our current team members and those who will soon be joining us,” Kelly said.

According to Mullin, since the offices had unofficially merged three months prior, sales had grown by 25 per cent, compared to the base level.

Campbell said that by merging the offices, the directors had created a more connected service across the region and established a clear point of difference in their business.

“This is already evident in our organic growth in properties under management, with a 32 per cent uplift over the past three months,” he said.

Head of franchise Luke Cameron said the new office was a strong step forward for the brand and for clients, strengthening the service offering and bolstering the local market through a unified approach.

The company said the move reinforced the network’s commitment to local expertise, supported by best-practice systems that encouraged consistent delivery.

“Under the Stone Gold Coast banner, the unified team will continue to provide tailored strategy, strong marketing execution and a high-touch approach to customer service,” Stone concluded.
