A new upgrade to Century 21’s proprietary CRM platform will include an AI-driven avatar feature, enabling agents to create realistic digital versions of themselves.

Century 21 Australasia has announced an update to its proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) platform, including an upgrade powered by artificial intelligence (AI), with new features to free up agents’ time.

According to the company, the enhanced eSales CRM system will introduce a range of AI tools to increase agency efficiency, lead qualification, and listing conversion.

It said the upgrade will include a new tool for agents to create highly realistic digital versions of themselves that can perform tasks without requiring direct customer interaction at first.

According to the network, the avatars will be able to follow up on Inquiries, qualify buyers, encourage buyers to get pre-approval, and identify potential sellers.

“The upgrade also introduces AI-powered appraisal intelligence, with the system able to scan surrounding areas when an appraisal is generated, identify comparable properties and create multiple graded leads,” it said.

Century 21 said the technology will also estimate how long properties have been held, approximate available equity, and assess the likelihood of securing a listing.

With the software, agents can also transform still property images into dynamic video content, inserting moving people into the visuals.

“The software was beta tested across the Century 21 network throughout 2025, with further enhancements already planned for rollout later this year,” the network said.

Chairman and owner of Century 21 Australasia, Charles Tarbey, said the adoption of new technologies had strengthened the industry over time, but humans had to remain at the centre of the business.

“I am a firm believer that a human agent will always be at the centre of a property transaction due to the comfort and familiarity they provide to sellers that are monetising what is likely their most valuable asset,” he said.

He said the new software was developed after Century 21 examined areas where AI could help agents be more efficient and effective without overshadowing their role.

“The goal of the new software is not to replace agents, but to empower them with new tools that both free up their time and in a sense, allow them to be in multiple places at once.”

“What this technology does is give agents more time to focus on high-value conversations, negotiations and relationships – the parts of the job where humans will always matter most,” Tarbey concluded.
