Multiple real estate professionals and offices in South Australia and the Northern Territory have been recognised for their efforts at their network’s awards night.

First National has announced the winners of its South Australia and Northern Territory (SA/NT) state awards.

First National Murray Bridge, east of Adelaide, took out the title of “Sales Office of the Year”, while First National Alice Springs was named “Property Management Office of the Year”.

Meanwhile, Karlie Ridley from First National Lewis Prior was announced “Property Manager of the Year”, while Nathan Janda of First National Salisbury claimed “Business Development Manager of the Year”.

Additionally, Mitchell Halpin, from First National Broken Hill, in the far west of NSW, achieved the title of “Salesperson of the Year”.

First National SA/NT vice chair, Jennifer Nitschke, said the network’s professionals had shown discipline, innovation and commitment to clients, continuing to lift standards.

“Our nominees and award recipients reflect the strength of real estate practice in South Australia and the Northern Territory,” she said.

Nitschke added that the winners had continued to deliver results with professionalism and integrity, in a market with tight supply, steady demand, and ongoing legislative change.

“Their performance reinforces the calibre of our network and the standards we uphold on behalf of the communities we serve,” Nitschke concluded.
