The network has continued to bolster its presence in key regional markets, launching two offices in the NSW Northern Rivers anchored by local experience.

McGrath Estate Agents has announced the opening of two offices in the NSW Northern Rivers region.

The offices, located in Casino and Kyogle in the NSW Northern Rivers, will be led by principal Rob Horder and director Jacquie Horder.

With more than 16 years of combined experience in the Northern Rivers property market, Rob Horder said the new offices would showcase the area's appeal for rural living.

“Casino, Kyogle, Evans Head and the surrounding villages are communities with a strong connection to the land, agriculture and rural lifestyle,” he said.

“It is an exceptional natural environment that has increasingly attracted people looking for a tree change, bringing with them new energy and diversity to our local communities.”

Horder said the region's property market continued to attract both local and out-of-area buyers, proving appealing to occupiers looking for space, land and a change of pace.

Similarly, he said the rental market offered opportunities for investors.

McGrath head of franchise Chris Mourd said the new offices were part of the network’s continued expansion plans.

“The launch of our Casino and Kyogle offices represents another important step in McGrath’s planned growth across Australia,” Mourd said.

He said the Horders were recognised leaders in their market, and that the pair would leverage the McGrath platform to give their clients wider reach.

The network has been active on the expansion front in recent weeks, launching two dual-brand offices with Knight Frank in Tasmania and expanding into Sydney’s south-west corridor.
