Elders has strengthened its real estate services across Western Australia, with the network’s latest appointment bringing more than three decades of sales and leadership experience.
Elders has bolstered its Western Australian leadership team, appointing Shane Kempton as state residential real estate manager.
Kempton brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to the role, including executive positions with real estate networks LJ Hooker, Professionals and Harcourts.
In the role, Kempton will lead residential real estate performance, capability development, recruitment and agent growth initiatives across the state.
He said he would work alongside the existing leadership team to build on the brand's established reputation.

“In uncertain times, people are looking for stability and service they can rely on, and that’s what Elders represents.”
Elders general manager of residential real estate brand Belinda Connor said Kempton's appointment marked an important step in the network’s growth strategy across the state.
In addition to his extensive leadership experience, Connor said Kempton’s passion for staff development and building a strong culture aligned with the network's values.

The network said the appointment comes as it continues to invest in key leadership roles and position itself to capitalise on growth opportunities across metropolitan and regional markets.
Elder’s has undergone a period of significant expansion in 2026, appointing Patrick Bird as NSW rural real estate manager and returning to Sydney’s inner-west with an office opening.
