McGrath Estate Agents now has 72 offices after adding four locations to its growing Australian network.

The franchise, which is based in NSW, Queensland and the ACT, has opened new offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns.

The Sydney office is based in The Ponds, a new suburb in the north west that is experiencing rapid development.

This is the second business under the leadership of principal Grant Simpson. It will serve as a satellite to the already established Rouse Hill office, which opened last year.

McGrath Estate Agents now has seven offices in Brisbane after moving into the inner-city suburbs of Yeronga and Wilston.

The Annerley/Yeronga office will be led by former RE/MAX agent Sharon Wilson.

It will service the local area from Annerley in the north to Salisbury in the south, and then to Tarragindi in the east to Yeronga/Tennyson in the west.

The Wilston office will be led by Scott Osborne and Craig Lea, who previously operated independent agency Style Estate Agents Wilston.

Their territory will range from Wavell Heights in the north to Windsor in the south to Wooloowin in the east and Alderley in the west.

The franchise has also opened an office in Cairns – its second office in north Queensland after moving into Townsville 18 months ago.

The Cairns office will be led by principals Matt Powe and Kirsty Kernot, who previously opened McGrath Estate Agents Noosa in July.
