Homely has added McGrath Estate Agents to the collection of groups that list on its portal, bringing it closer to 100 per cent coverage.

Co-founder Jason Spencer said that Homely, which launched 18 months ago, has now signed up 93 per cent of Australia’s real estate offices.

“Having a group such as McGrath on board is incredibly exciting,” Mr Spencer said.

“We have a unique vision for real estate search in this country and we look forward to promoting the quality of homes from McGrath, which are amongst the very best in Australia.”

Homely national sales director Rocky Bartolotto said McGrath’s decision to list on Homely is an endorsement of the portal’s free-to-list model.

“We offer something very different to the other portals and believe this is a big reason why groups like McGrath have come on board,” he said.

“We truly believe that agents will appreciate the differences and nuances that our model provides.”

McGrath Hunters Hill agent John Paranchi, who placed 56th on this year’s Top 100 Agents ranking, said Homely offers a point of difference from other portals.

“Homely is the freshest and quickest site I’ve ever used, plus it has all the listings and suburb profiling, so I can see this being a hit with the users,” he said.

McGrath Estate Agents now has 72 offices after recently adding four locations in Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns.
