Successful real estate sales offices from all over the country have the chance to win recognition as one of the industry’s best businesses.

Entries have opened for REB’s annual Top 50 Sales Offices ranking, which is designed to give businesses from all states and territories a legitimate chance to earn the top spot.

Sales offices are judged on staff efficiency and conversion ratios, as well as sales and volumes.

REB editor Nick Bendel said there’s no reason why a well-managed regional office couldn’t make it towards the top end of the 2016 ranking.

“All states and territories except Tasmania were represented in this year’s list, while 20 per cent of the entrants came from outside the capital cities,” he said.

“Magain Real Estate from Adelaide topped this year’s ranking with just six sales staff, while almost half the offices on the list had fewer than 10 sales staff.”

Mr Bendel said the key to performing strongly in the Top 50 Sales Offices ranking is to be highly efficient and productive.
