A new internal incentive scheme aims to recognise more members of Raine & Horne’s network than ever before — in a move worth around a quarter of a million dollars to agents, property managers and administrative staff.

Raine & Horne is expanding its campaign prize to cover approximately 10 per cent of its workforce — rewarding and celebrating 300 of its 3,000 members.

Angus Raine, Raine & Horne’s executive chairman, said the new internal incentive scheme is a shift for the network and the way it goes about recognising staff.

Previously, the network “provided a big bang” for a limited pool of winners, whether that was the chance to win one of two prestige vehicles or an all-expenses-paid trip for 30 top sales agents.

But “the feedback from our network is that the more people in our network we can reward through our incentive campaigns, the better”, stated Raine & Horne’s national marketing manager, Anjee Hopton.

“We have responded to the network feedback with the Good Stuff campaign that will enable a bigger collection of sales, administration and property management staff to win vouchers worth between $200 and $2,000,” she outlined.

Andrew Brien, the network’s CEO, said “we believe that good things come to those that hustle”.

“With this in mind, in our 2021 internal incentive ‘Good Stuff” campaign, we will reward sales stars, administration whizzes, passionate property managers and all those in between.”

Mr Brien said Raine & Horne wants to “encourage performance and engagement above and beyond the ‘day job’ of our employees by recognising not only their day-to-day tasks, but also their wider involvement and commitment to the brand, as well as increased engagement in all areas of our products such as industry-first social media marketing platform Amplify and our innovative online appraisal platform, Digikit”.

“Our incentive programs are also designed to showcase the culture of our business, our recruitment and retention strategies that make us stand out in the marketplace as being a company that rewards ALL staff,” he continued.

“Especially after the year we had [in] 2020.”

Vouchers in the prize pool will reportedly come from some of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands, with sales agents eligible to win monthly prizes based on number of sales, sales dollar value, and their engagement with the network’s suite of digital products.

Ms Hopton also flagged that offices will also be able to submit online forms to help recognise the work of administrative and marketing staff, rising stars and property managers.

“Win-Win Wednesdays will be the way that the ‘good stuff happens’,” she said.

“Angus Raine will draw out the 30 winners from the Good Stuff barrel on the last Wednesday of every month, and winners will be contacted immediately, and the winners will be able choose a voucher in their category.”

She concluded: “The beauty of this campaign is that it’s straightforward, and every member of our network has a chance to be recognised for their good work with some good stuff in 2021.”
