Following an extended stint in Sydney, James Navin will be switching networks as he makes the move home to the NSW Central Coast.

The Agency has revealed Mr Navin will be joining The Agency Central Coast operation, which recently reported a record-breaking run for its sales team

Mr Navin’s move from McGrath Estate Agents Wahroonga is reported to be renascent of many others who have made the move to the Central Coast following the COVID-19 pandemic, with local family, friends and lifestyle all cited as reasons for his return to the area.

The leading sales agent considers The Agency’s leadership team — with Matt Lahood and Geoff Lucas at the helm — to be “the best in the business”.

He said: “I made the move to The Agency Central Coast as I saw them as a team sharing core values that match my own: integrity, honesty, reliability and hard work… to name a few.

“They are at the forefront of technology and are going through a tremendous growth phase that I want to be a part of.”

The Agency CEO Mr Lahood has himself labelled Mr Navin as “an outstanding talent”.

“We are honoured James chose The Agency for his return to the growing Central Coast Market,” Mr Lahood said.

Citing the strength of his local network, knowledge and experience, Mr Lahood expressed that the network is also excited “to have someone of James’ high professional standards join our growing operation. The team is going from strength to strength and achieving some extraordinary results.”

With strong ties to The Agency already, Mr Lucas has personally purchased properties through the agent and considers him “an impressive agent”. Mr Navin will bring 19 years of experience in residential sales, project sales and property management to the role.

“I am delighted to see him join The Agency Central Coast,” Mr Lucas commented.

Mr Navin believes the Central Coast is “going through a tremendous growth period”.

“Like in other regional areas, COVID has shown people do not need to work in a city office five days a week, and this has resulted in people being able to move to lifestyle locations,” Mr Navin said.

For the agent, the new role will see him looking to create memorable customer service experiences.

“It’s about the whole experience, start to finish,” he said.

“In most cases, it is a person’s biggest financial asset and it can be regarded as one of the most emotional and stressful experiences a person can go through. My aim is to make that experience as stress-free and smooth as it can be.”
