Aussie Home Loans has partnered with Stockdale & Leggo in a strategic deal designed to streamline property transactions and give agents and brokers access to a wider pool of buyers and sellers.

The alliance will see Stockdale & Leggo clients supported from pre-approval to settlement, including access to Aussie’s “Buy Now, Sell Later” solution, which allows vendors to secure their next home before selling their current property.

Agents will benefit from zero-cost listings on Aussie’s Property Search platform, covering off-market, pre-market and on-market properties, including auctions. The move gives Stockdale & Leggo access to Aussie’s more than five million customers and extensive pre-approval database.

Rhett Dallwitz, Aussie’s general manager of agent services, said the partnership would help buyers and vendors move through the property journey more efficiently.

“We are excited to launch this strategic partnership with Stockdale & Leggo,” Dallwitz said.

“We have strong values alignment and this partnership will help Stockdale & Leggo buyers and vendors move through the transaction more efficiently, supported by a seamless end-to-end proposition.”

“Our zero-cost listings on Aussie Property Search will help Stockdale & Leggo agents reach more potential buyers by marketing their listings to millions of Australians at no cost."

Charlotte Pascoe, CEO of Stockdale & Leggo, called the collaboration a “major win” for the agency’s 30-office network.

“Teaming up with Aussie is a major win for our agents,” Pascoe explained. “We have been making Australian dreams a reality for over 90 years, and from today, we’re supported by one of Australia’s best-known and most trusted brands with a deeper connection into the property and finance journey.”

“This partnership opens up our network to a joined-up property ecosystem, including a VPA-free listings platform that links our agents with motivated buyers and sellers nationwide.”

"It’s the sort of forward-thinking collaboration that helps our agents stand out and deliver even better outcomes for their clients,” Pascoe said.
