Two Brisbane-based commercial agents have taken on a partnership opportunity for an independent agency.

Previously of Savills Australia, Peter Trikamji and Jack Barrett have been announced as taking on partner roles with Agency HQ Commercial.

According to a statement from Agency HQ, Mr Trikamji and Mr Barrett transact, on average, $50 million in commercial sales each year.

The latest news follows a theme of “major shifts of commercial agents from major brands”, Agency HQ stated.

Both Agency HQ’s CEO, Mark Morrison, and director, Graeme Sharp, have expressed their delight at welcoming the commercial agents into the fold, and said they have confidence in the new commercial operation’s success and ability to quickly gain market share.

Agency HQ Commercial will give Mr Trikamji and Mr Barrett the ability to leverage HQ’s “ready” platform and focus on leasing and sales, with both agents stating that they are “thrilled” to set up their own commercial agency.

Since launching operations in Queensland and New South Wales back in January 2020, Agency HQ has expanded into seven new locations and built a rental portfolio of more than 850 properties.
