Following three years of accelerated growth and 20 years in the industry, the NSW company has revealed a new arm of the business — Urban Real Estate.

Urban Real Estate is “part of the company’s exponential expansion into selling and managing new and established homes to service the diverse needs of its customer base”, a statement announced.

With Urban Land Housing boasting 12 real estate offices across NSW and 130 team members it’s also set to open a 13th office in Box Hill next month, with other outposts in Leppington, the Hunter, and Illawarra to follow.

The Urban Land Housing umbrella is set to continue its operations, associated with assisting property developers with the selling of masterplanned projects across NSW growth centres with Urban Real Estate to “concurrently operate across these areas”.

It follows three years of rapid acceleration from the business, which is now selling approximately 2,000 properties (land, home and land packages, established homes) annually, with 1,200 properties under management.

Chris Lowry is the managing director for Urban Land Housing and now Urban Real Estate and believes “it was a natural progression to dedicate a separate business arm to enhance customer experience for those seeking to buy and sell homes”.

He further added that Urban Real Estate “reflects our growth as a company and commitment to providing tailored services to our clients”.

“The existing team is thrilled with the new brand.

“We offer clients a service that covers their entire real estate journey from land acquisition and reselling to property management and finance solutions.”

“The business has evolved to promote a fully integrated ‘paddocks to property management’ service. In many areas where we started, there were vacant paddocks and our job in conjunction with developer clients’, was to turn these areas into bustling communities. In most instances, we were the real estate agent that sold purchasers their block of land,” Mr Lowry reflected.

Now, the focus is on “communicat[ing] to thousands of people in the locations where we operate that we can assist clients with anything they require in real estate.”

The news of the expansion follows the business’ appointment of sales director, Trent Brewer, late last year, as they aim high with growth targets.

From Mr Brewer’s point of view, “the focus is to be the ‘go to agency brand’ for communities knowing that whichever agent they choose or property they appoint us to manage, they will receive the highest quality in terms of service and results, ultimately delivering a great financial return”.

He highlighted that having two separate brands will “also help us provide a more streamlined service to property developer clients with Urban Land Housing, as well as our communities via Urban Real Estate”.
