Elders has added to its commercial real estate footprint in NSW with the addition of a Dubbo office.

Andrew McDonald Commercial Dubbo will now operate as Elders Commercial Dubbo with director Andrew McDonald at the helm, along with his specialist commercial team.

The office, which has been in operation for 14 years, fills a strategic position for the real estate and agribusiness firm, which is looking to expand its property services.

This offering in the Central West NSW region is reportedly in line with the network’s plans to “fill geographic gaps to better service existing and new clients”.

In joining the firm, Mr McDonald said he is looking forward to growing the business under this new banner.

We are proud of what we have accomplished over the last 14 years in Dubbo’s commercial, retail and industrial property sector.

“Partnering with Elders presents a great opportunity for us to expand our business even further,” Mr McDonald said.

“I would like to thank our past and current clients spread throughout Australia and our local community for their support of our business to date. Our specialist commercial team will remain unchanged to continue to support our clients and will now benefit from the strong Elders brand and exposure to its extended national network,” he commented.

Elders’ NSW general manager, Ryan Robinson, said the network is “excited to welcome the Andrew McDonald Commercial team to the Elders network”.

Mr Robinson commended the team for its “strong track record and expertise in Commercial Real Estate”, which he said is sure to “enhance Elders’ capabilities and growth prospects into the future”.

The brand noted that it’s been a successful year of expansion for its real estate business, with the firm on track to welcome 20 new offices to the fold before 2023 draws to a close.
