The network has continued its growth over the year with the addition of three NSW locations.

Through this expansion, the office has launched three new offices in Gloucester, Dungog and Wyong Creek, strengthening the brand’s presence in key regions across NSW.

Leading the Elders Real Estate Coast and Country office in Wyong Creek are local agents Shaun Coffey, Alan Doggett and Glen West, whom the network highlighted as bringing “decades of local knowledge” and “unparalleled expertise” to serving the Yarramalong Valley area.

Coffey offers over 30 years of sales experience and was noted by Elders to possess an ability to connect with people from all walks of life which has helped him to “consistently attract the right buyer for each property”.

With the team at Elders Coast and Country actively sponsoring a range of local events and organisations around the wider Yarramalong Valley area, the network emphasised that Doggett and West’s approach to business development reflects a deep commitment to the growth and well-being of the local community.

“Connections and relationships are the foundation of everything we do. It’s vital that we build strong, lasting relationships in the local region,” Doggett said.

The addition of two new offices under director Andrew Tregent in Gloucester and Dungog are set to enhance the brand’s footprint on the mid-north coast of NSW.

Tregent brings 27 years of real estate experience and a “proven history of leadership” which has equipped him to manage his two experienced teams of local professionals.

With both offices now under the Elders brand, the network stated that both teams under Tregent will continue to offer specialised residential, rural and property management services to their local communities.

Speaking on his transition, Tregent said his decision to join Elders was driven by “the desire for a greater product offering to give to our clients and better corporate support in the rural sector, which Elders is uniquely positioned to provide”.

“The opportunity to leverage Elders’ extensive resources and focus on rural real estate will allow us to better serve our clients,” he said.

These latest additions to the Elders Real Estate network have occurred as part of the network’s broader growth strategy, which has seen 16 new offices launched so far this year, with more locations set to open by the end of 2024.

General manager of residential real estate and brand at Elders, Belinda Connor, said the network was “excited about the continued growth of our footprint in both metro and regional Australia”.

“Our mission has always been to provide personalised, local expertise supported by the backing of a national brand, and our expansion into these new regions reflects that goal,” she said.
