Here’s how we’re making it happen.

More immersive listings

Buyers and renters want to make informed decisions quickly. The more detail you provide, the faster they can act. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to help you showcase the best of your property, offering immersive experiences that attract more visitors to your open homes.

Tour the Property & Tour the Project was released for Premiere+ listings in October 2024, giving consumers the opportunity to view property images, videos and floorplans in a format similar to those from other market-leading apps like Airbnb and Booking.com.

Since launch, we’ve seen a 112% increase in consumers viewing 100% of the images, videos and floorplans within the listing 2, ensuring they’re working harder on your behalf to drive interested buyers to your opens.

In July 2025, Property Walkthrough videos were released within Tour the Property, giving you the opportunity to capture the attention of the 84% of property seekers who search on their mobile device3.

Property Walkthrough videos bring your floorplan to life in a mobile-first format, helping consumers better understand the layout and giving you the opportunity to call out any special features that can’t be conveyed through static images alone.

With 3 in 4 buyers saying they’ll watch a listing video if it’s available4, adding engaging video content like this helps ensure your listings are working harder to drive more qualified enquiries.

Smarter ways to connect

As technology has evolved, the way people connect with each other has too.

Once, off-platform channels like email or phone were the standard way for consumers to get in touch with you. These days property seekers want many different in-platform options to connect. In fact, consumers are spending 5% longer on buy listings in app vs last year5. As part of NextGen we’ve developed several different ways for consumers to connect with you based on the stage of their property search.

High Value Interactions

We’ve made high intent actions like sharing your listing more visible and easier, leading to a 21% increase in listing shares on buy listings6.

Easier Inspection Registrations

If your agency is using Ignite for inspections, property seekers can add your inspection to their plan and register with just a tap using; their pre-filled MyREA Profile.

Inspections in Ignite customers can encourage property seekers to register to inspect. After successful trials we rolled this feature out nationally, delivering a 30% increase in registrations7 to our Inspections in Ignite customers. That means more visibility, less admin, and more serious buyers at your opens.
