Two long-term employees of one of Australia’s fastest growing real estate groups have opened a new branded office, indicating just how engaged its employees are with network’s aggressive expansion plans.

Paul and Olivia Kosta opened Raine & Horne, Botany in Sydney’s southern suburbs last week, building on the 28 offices already opened by Raine & Horne in 2016.

Executive chairman Angus Raine said this is an opportunity for Raine & Horne to raise the flag in one of Australia’s most historic suburbs, one of its most active markets.

“Others have offices in surrounding suburbs such as Mascot and Rosebery but a shopfront in Botany is a valuable point of difference,” he said.

“In South Sydney, along the corridor from Redfern to Botany Bay, you’ll find one of the best surviving blends of urban and light industrial uses in Sydney.”

Mr Kosta, a Botany native, joined Raine & Horne Maroubra in 2003. He also enjoyed a ten year career in property management with the Maroubra firm.

“Paul Kosta started in property management and for the last 9 years has thrived in sales, achieving many street records,” said Mr Raine.

“For the past decade Olivia has worked in property management at Raine & Horne Maroubra bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table in this highly technical field.

“Having managed a portfolio of over 300 properties, Olivia has a reputation for making sure her client’s assets are well-maintained and positioned to deliver maximum capital growth and cash flow.”

The decision to launch Raine & Horne office, which is located at Shop 1, 1144-1146 Botany Road, Botany, was straightforward, according to Mr Kosta.

Mr Kosta said the decision to partner with Raine & Horne was an easy one to make.

“We have been with Raine & Horne for a long time and we believe the firm’s state-of-the-art technology, branding, marketing, training and culture is market-leading,” he said.

“It would have been silly to go anywhere else.”
