Realmark's plans for 2014

Traditionally agents will have financial goals for each year. While this is significant, it’s far more important to ensure the right people and systems are in place to take your business to the next level.

In 2014, Realmark’s property management focus is again on our people. With this in mind, we’re aiming to continue to empower our staff through ongoing training in both emotional intelligence and tangible, task-based competency training.

We will continue our competency training with the use of an online training platform and skills certification. This allows staff across all our offices to access around-the-clock training modules and webinars to meet their individual needs.

Leadership coaching and mentoring is also underway following a leadership boot camp which took taking place in October to plan and implement growth and development strategies for 2014. Throughout 2014, leadership coaching and mentoring will continue, giving our team the tools and strategies to achieve what is important to them. Our leaders share their goals with their team and all staff work together to reach these goals. Realmark's "Growth Program 2014" recognises that all leaders and staff must be engaged to achieve success.

Another key element of the leadership program revolves around coaching and mentoring, specifically for the female leaders, empowering them to create their own personal brand and value proposition.

At Realmark, we continue to search both nationally and internationally for new technologies. We’re continually seeking to develop systems to work smarter, not harder.

We are currently trialling a new business attraction model based around the use of databases. It is expected that this method will propel our numbers significantly.”
