An established real estate recruitment company has joined forces with a leading PM training and consultancy group.

What was previously recruitment company Real Estate Career Developers NSW, is now the revamped REAL+ Recruitment, Training and Consultancy, following a recent merger.

Real+ director Fiona Blayney said the launch of Real+ Recruitment has allowed her organisation to synergise real estate expertise with a consultative and inclusive approach to recruitment.

“As a client of Real+ Recruitment, you will have access to an array of services allowing you to reduce the time for recruitment, alleviate the stress of upskilling, minimise lost productivity and, importantly; keep your staff satisfied to ensure you can maximise profits,” she said.

“The recruitment services you have come to know and trust will remain the same, but now with the added tool box that has always been REAL+ Training and Consultancy.

Ms Blayney said the company is working hard to upskill candidates for their next role and reskill new starters while revitalising HR services to provide DIY and full HR support.

“We have everything from team structure development, job descriptions, key performance indicators, remuneration plans, incentive schemes, induction and training programs, performance reviews, reporting tools, exit interviews and much more,” she said.

According to Ms Blayney, Real+ Recruitment is an industry first integrated learning and recruitment company that covers all aspects of real estate practice.

“We’ve expanded our offering to include sales training in the coming months too.”

Ms Blayney said Real+ Recruitment’s launch comes off the back of government statistics indicating that between 2013 and 2018, 25,000-50,000 people will exit the real estate sector.

“With great candidates being highly sought after, you’ll need to be competitive with what you are offering,” she said.

“While it stands to reason the financial package is key, we also understand that your training programme is going to be scrutinised, and with it the career development pathway and culture of your business.”
