CENTURY 21 has launched an intuitive new Australasian website built to attract more attention and drive more leads.

Chairman and owner Charles Tarbey said that the “sleek and contemporary” website will provide a more streamlined and efficient experience for all users.

He added that it would have a strong focus on lead generation for agents.

Individual office and agent landing pages have been redesigned in order to give members of the CENTURY 21 network a strong standalone website presence.

Mr Tarbey said that these pages will “clearly” showcase an office’s distinct characteristics, such as listings, recent results and agent experience.

He added that the pages will be fortified with structured metadata to ensure “maximum exposure” in search services, particularly Google.

“The new website redesign has a tightly integrated lead-capture functionality that works hand in hand with CENTURY 21’s exclusive and internally developed e-Sales CRM system and workflow solution,” Mr Tarbey said.

“This will see captured leads quickly dispersed to offices.”

The new site’s HouseHunter function, the chairman said, aims to take the legwork out of searching for property while improving lead generation.

“Interested parties can sign up and receive alerts whenever a property that suits their specifications is listed online, or calendar alerts for upcoming auctions and open homes for shortlisted properties.

“Consumers will enjoy superior usability and engagement through the streamlined, modern layout, combined with the support of a new web server to offer greatly improved front-end performance.”

Mr Tarbey said that the website “remains responsive and fully functional” on all popular devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops, without the need for any separate apps.

“Most Australians start their property search online, so it is crucial our agents stand out in the digital crowd,” the chairman added.

“The new website marks one of many initiatives to be rolled out which have been formulated on the basis of market feedback from CENTURY 21 agents in the field.

“An enhanced digital presence for our brand and our offices ties in to the overarching strategy that aims to deliver more valuable and qualified leads direct to the CENTURY 21 network across Australia and New Zealand.”
