One agency is preparing itself for expansion and has brought on a growth leader to lead the way.
Jodie Stainton has joined the Coronis leadership team as the growth leader after a career as the national manager of the Leading Property Managers Association.
Ms Stainton said that she chose to join Coronis due to its attitude towards its clients.
“In my experience, no one cares more about their clients than Coronis, which is evidenced by their industry-leading customer satisfaction scores, which was a significant drawcard for me,” Ms Stainton said.
Ms Stainton said that Coronis has grown in the past decade and it has been due to a multi-layered focus.
“It’s been amazing to watch the growth of the Coronis portfolio over the past 10 years, and I think that’s because there is a core focus on property management in this business; it’s not just about the sales team,” the growth leader said.
Property management director Jodi Ford said that she was glad that Ms Stainton had decided to join the team and bring to it her wealth of knowledge.
“Jodie is someone who I have always wanted on our team. I believe her expertise in growth strategies, knowledge of the industry, the client’s needs and her passion is unsurpassed,” Ms Ford said.
Ms Ford added that her strategy to growth was always to hire the best, and by bringing on Ms Stainton, she was doing that.
“My mindset around growing our portfolio has always been to find the best people in the industry, bring them on board and work together to become the best in the business,” Ms Ford said.
Ms Ford said that Ms Stainton was the latest acquisition by Coronis and that together they would lead the agency forward.
“I’m very excited for what we’ll achieve in the coming year with Tracey Kelly, Kristy Lord, Karen Pearce, Fiona Nicholls and Jodie Stainton all on our leadership team. I think together we will redefine what is possible in property management,” the director said.
