Real estate agent comparison platform LocalAgentFinder has added a new layer to its repertoire of business tools, offering an app for agents to receive, respond to and manage leads no matter where they are.

The app provides agents with the ability to receive leads instantly and respond to vendors with a call or email through the simple tap of a button.

CEO Matt McCann said that the app was developed with agents in mind.

He said that it will make it easier for agents to secure new listings and property mandates.

“Our data suggests that agents that respond quickly to leads often end up winning more listings than those that don’t.

“The app means that mobility is no longer a barrier to securing LocalAgentFinder listings. It was developed in response to industry feedback and is incredibly simple and fast to use.”

Mr McCann said that agents are “extremely busy and mobile”, so he expects the new tool to enhance their business processes.

Utilising the latest technology, agents can log into the app using either a PIN or biometrics with fingerprint and facial recognition.

The app also allows agents to closely track and manage the status of opportunities. Agents can leave detailed notes about opportunities and vendors.

Mr McCann said that the platform’s ongoing tech investment has led to recent partnership opportunities, resulting in more leads for agents.

“We’re dedicated to making continuous improvements to our products for both consumers and agents,” the CEO said.

“We hope the app further improves the LocalAgentFinder experience for agents and translates to more listings for this group,” Mr McCann said.

The app is available for download on the iTunes store.
