One niche group in Brisbane has welcomed back one of its top-performing agents, after a stint away which saw him working overseas and in the prestige markets in Sydney.

Heath Williams has rejoined Place Estate Agents after almost six years away, four in Sydney and two in Dubai. He has joined the New Farm office as a lead agent.

Prior to leaving, Mr Williams held the record sale in the suburb of Hamilton, the $13.3 million deal of H House in the upmarket suburb.

“I started real estate in Brisbane in 2008, making some notable transactions,” he said.

“I’ve come back to Place after two years of working abroad. It’s a quality brand that I feel delivers an exceptional service to its clients. In the coming days and weeks, I am extremely excited to be launching a range of high-calibre properties that are going to set a benchmark in luxury living across Brisbane.”

Mr Williams said that having worked in the Sydney market, he has an “extensive” eastern suburbs database of buyers who could be looking towards Brisbane and south-east Queensland for property opportunities.

“There is so much opportunity in Brisbane; it’s a marketplace that is thriving, particularly compared to our southern counterparts. We are seeing an influx of interstate migration into Brisbane, which I feel will continue throughout 2019,” he said.

Place managing director and Place New Farm principal Judy Goodger said that she was delighted to have Mr Williams back onboard.

She said that he has some unique talents which are well suited to the strategic direction of the niche group.

“Heath is someone who has an extraordinary track record, having successfully paired happy buyers with homes across Brisbane and achieving outstanding results,” Ms Goodger said.

“His formal training in interior architecture, marketing and business sets him apart and brings a depth of appreciation and understanding of how to market a property to achieve the best result.”
